Wax made from food grade beeswax and food grade mineral oil, handmade in house for premium quality control
This was is the same thing the board has applied to it in my shop, no color added
Wax alone will keep the board hydrated and keep water from absorbing deep into the grain
For the extra level of care, sand your clean board with the 220 grit pad with the grain. this removes some puffiness from the grain, flattens out the board, and helps clean up small marks on the surface
Post cleaning your board, apply wax with the 600 scotchbrite pad in a circular motion, buff off any extra with a clean cloth
While the wax can be applied to any wood products, the care kits are for food grade soft wax items only (charcuterie boards, cutting boards, utensils, rolling pins)
